In-production models ship in 1–2 weeks. Anything that needs a specific optics batch or a configured build adds the soak window — every unit still runs the full 48-hour burn-in before it leaves the line. We put real dates on the quote, not "allow 6–8 weeks".

Five years on switching and routing hardware, three on optics, advance-replacement on anything still in production. We publish the failure rate and the MTBF method — if a unit dies inside warranty for a hardware fault, a replacement is on its way before the dead one is back.

Full datasheets are public — no gate, no email wall. For eval hardware, start a quote and say so in the notes; we lend evaluation units against a topology where the model actually fits.

Yes. Ask about buffer depth, a link budget, an EVPN-VXLAN corner case — the reply comes from someone who could rack the box themselves. Sales is not a department here.

We patch security and critical bugs across the whole supported line, years out, and we keep traceability on every revision so we can reproduce a field issue exactly. The median unit we ship stays in service twelve years; the firmware keeps up.
