These Terms govern your use of this site and any reservation you place for the VANTA GT. By using the site or submitting a reservation, you agree to them.

Concept vehicle

The VANTA GT shown on this site is a concept vehicle. Renderings, specifications, performance figures, range and charging estimates, colours, trims, and features are presented for illustration and are subject to change without notice. Figures such as range and charging times are based on standardised test cycles and engineering targets; real-world results will vary with conditions, driving style, and final production specification. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell a production vehicle or a guarantee of any particular specification, price, or delivery date.

Reservations and deposits

A reservation expresses your interest in the VANTA GT and reserves a place in line. It is not a purchase, an order, or a binding contract of sale. To reserve, you submit your details and pay a reservation deposit. The deposit holds your position and will be applied toward your purchase if you choose to proceed once production specifications, pricing, and ordering are confirmed.

Refunds

The reservation deposit is fully refundable. You may cancel your reservation at any time before you place a binding order, and we will return your deposit in full to the original payment method, typically within a reasonable processing period. Reserving does not obligate you to purchase, and we are not obligated to deliver a vehicle until a separate purchase agreement is signed.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse the configuration or reservation tools. All content on the site — text, imagery, renderings, and design — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on any concept specification.

Governing terms

These Terms may be updated; the “updated” date above reflects the current version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
