A two-chair practice invisible behind national booking platforms. We rewired their local presence so the neighborhood searching 'dentist near me' found the dentist actually near them.

Beacon Street Dental, healthcare

Beacon Street Dental had 22 years of patients who loved them and a signal routed through somebody else’s board: three aggregator sites ranked above them, reselling their own listings. New patients were booking through platforms that charged the practice for leads from its own name.

The open circuit

Local service businesses are in a quiet war with middlemen. Every aggregator between the search and the phone call takes margin and owns the relationship.

The reroute

We rebuilt the site with real structure: one page per treatment, written in plain language, marked up with the structured data that search engines and AI assistants quote. Google Business became a managed channel with weekly photos and answered questions. An AI intake assistant now handles after-hours messages, answers insurance questions from an approved list, and books directly into the practice calendar, so a 9pm toothache becomes an 8am appointment without a phone call.

Power on

New patient calls were up 117 percent year over year, with the aggregators’ share of bookings dropping from 40 percent to under 10. The line into the practice is theirs again.
