The bench

Three people.No account managers.No handoffs.

Digital Avenue is a senior crew of three. The person who draws your schematic is the person who routes it and the person who reports on it. That is the whole org chart, and it is the point: when you ask why a number moved last week, you get the reason, not a ticket number.

We started this because we kept meeting owners who had been through the cheap freelancer, then the template mill, then the agency with the nice deck and a junior doing the work. They did not need more vendors. They needed one bench that answers, ships, and can explain the bill.

Silkscreen notes

Four rules, printed on the board.

§1 We answer the phone.

The person on your project is the person you call. Nobody relays a message to somebody you have never met, and nobody waits for the Monday meeting to tell you something you needed on Thursday.

§2 Reports you can read in one pass.

Every month: what we spent, what it brought in, what we change next. Plain sentences and real numbers. If a metric only exists to look good in a slide, we leave it out.

§3 You own everything we build.

Code, domains, ad accounts, analytics, brand files. All of it stays in your name from day one. If you ever leave, you take the whole board with you, not a rental key.

§4 We ship when it is right.

And we tell you when it is not. If a tactic stops working, you hear it from us first, usually before you notice the dip. We would rather lose an invoice than sell you another month of something dead.

Reads the schematic before anyone routes. Fifteen years of putting small businesses in front of the people already searching for them, most of it spent undoing what the last agency left behind.
