We exist to
finish the task.
MANDATE is an evangelical missions organization focused on sending, training, and sustaining long-term missionaries to the world's least-reached peoples.
A church for every people.
The gospel in every tongue.
Revelation 7:9 describes a day when people from every tribe, tongue, and nation stand before the throne. That day has not yet come. Thousands of people groups on earth have no evangelical witness, no indigenous church, no access to Scripture in their language.
MANDATE exists to close that gap — one missionary, one people group, one generation at a time. We are not the only organization doing this work, and we don't need to be. We need to be faithful. We send people who will go where the church is not, stay until it is, and leave when it can stand on its own.
The convictions that
shape everything we do.
Biblical Authority
The Great Commission is not a suggestion. It is a command from the risen Lord to his church. We exist to obey it.
Long-term Presence
We send for decades, not months. Relationships that lead to genuine transformation take time. We build them.
Indigenous Leadership
The goal is never a foreign mission. It is a local church, led by local leaders, reaching their own people.
Whole-person Care
We take care of our missionaries — spiritually, emotionally, financially. A missionary who is cared for can care for others.
Faithful, year by year.
