Meet our missionariesMost missionary failure is not a faith problem. It is a preparation problem. We work to change that.
Every missionary journey starts with a call. Our discernment process walks candidates through prayer, assessment, and honest conversation about vocation, giftedness, and readiness for the field.

MANDATE partners with local churches to build a full support team around each missionary: prayer partners, financial backers, pastoral oversight, and a sending church that takes ownership of the mission.
Missionary burnout and attrition are preventable. Our field team provides regular pastoral care, mental health support, and sabbatical rhythms so missionaries can finish well — not just start well.
Our missionaries are not heroes. They are ordinary people who said yes to an extraordinary call. They need your prayers more than your admiration.
