In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days from our studio. Hand-made ceramics and glass are felt-wrapped and double-boxed, which can add a day. You will get a tracking link the moment it leaves us.

Thirty days, no fuss, on unused items in their original packaging. If something arrives broken in transit, send us a photo and we will replace it free — no need to return the pieces.

Yes. Our candles, soaps, and the amber bottle are all built around refills rather than replacements. Refill packs are listed on each product page, and they ship in minimal recyclable packaging.

Almost entirely. We use recycled board, molded paper pulp, seed-paper wraps, and reusable cotton bags. The rare exception is a small amount of tape, which we are still working to replace.

We currently ship across the US and Canada, with select EU destinations. International rates and any duties are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises at the door.
