Marcus spent 8 years as a competitive powerlifter before transitioning to performance coaching. He has coached 3 nationally ranked athletes and holds a master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Penn State. His philosophy is simple: technique first, intensity second, consistency above all. He built Apex because he was tired of gyms that prioritized aesthetics over results.

Boxing Coach

Zara is a former Golden Gloves champion who competed for 6 years before her coaching career. She trains fighters and non-fighters with equal rigor — her belief is that boxing teaches you something no other sport can: how to stay calm under pressure. Outside the gym she works with corporate executives using boxing as a stress and performance management tool.
