We measure over 1,200 data points, including whole-body MRI, cardiac imaging, continuous metabolic markers, epigenetic age, and more. The goal is to find what is silently wrong years before a symptom appears, and to give you a precise, personalised protocol to slow — or reverse — biological ageing.

Your biological age is how old your body is actually functioning, as opposed to your birth year. We calculate it using a combination of epigenetic methylation clocks (the most validated method in aging science), telomere length, glycan age, and our composite biomarker model — cross-referenced with longitudinal population data. Most members arrive with a biological age a few years above their chronological age; after 12 months on protocol, the average reduction is 6.2 years.

No. The entire assessment takes under 90 minutes for Comprehensive members. The MRI is non-invasive and uses no radiation. The blood draw is a single standard venepuncture. Body composition, gait, grip, and retinal scans are fully non-contact. Most members describe it as calmer than a regular doctor visit.

Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Your data and history remain in your dashboard regardless of tier. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. If you are unsure which tier is right for you, we recommend starting with Essential and upgrading once you have seen your first report.

Your AEVUM physician reviews every result with you in a consultation. If a finding requires specialist input, we provide a concierge referral to a vetted specialist — included in Comprehensive and Elite tiers. We do not deliver results in a dashboard notification alone; clinical findings are always discussed in a human conversation.

Yes — annual memberships auto-renew 30 days before the end date. You will receive a reminder email 45 days in advance. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. We do not lock you in; if AEVUM is not working for you, we will refund any unused months.

We currently operate in San Francisco (Mission Bay), New York (Hudson Yards), London (Marylebone), and Los Angeles (Century City). Your membership is valid at any location. We are expanding to four further cities in 2026 — members on waiting lists for new locations retain their current pricing.

AEVUM is not currently covered by standard health insurance plans, as preventive precision-health services are not yet a standard benefit category. Some members use HSA / FSA funds for certain eligible components — your dedicated physician can provide itemised documentation on request. Elite members have access to our billing team who will assess coverage options on your behalf.
