First customer deliveries open Q3 2027, sequenced by reservation order. You will receive a production slot estimate the moment your configuration is locked.
Fully. Your $1,000 deposit is refundable in full at any point before your unit is assigned to a production batch. No fee, no questions, returned to the original method within five business days.
The launch allocation ships with the long-range structural pack, dual-motor drive unit, the full driver-assist sensor suite, and a numbered build plate. Colour and interior remain configurable.
AXIS runs a mobile-first service model — most maintenance happens at your location. Structural and high-voltage work routes to regional centres, with loan units provided for anything over a day.
Over the air, on a single compute domain. Range, efficiency, and driver-assist behaviour improve over the life of the car without a workshop visit. Major releases are documented in Updates.
Yes. Reservations are transferable to another person before production assignment. Once your unit enters the build queue the configuration is locked to the named reservation holder.
