Dr. Okonkwo trained at the intersection of medical dermatology and aesthetic medicine, completing her residency at NYU before spending five years in private practice on the Upper East Side. She joined SOLACE because she wanted to practice dermatology without the assembly-line pace. Her specialty is treating skin of all tones with precision and cultural sensitivity, and she is particularly passionate about demystifying skincare for patients overwhelmed by the noise of the beauty industry.
