We Hire Rare People
PRISM is a studio of twelve people. We haven't grown faster than our ability to maintain quality, and we're not going to. When we hire, we hire for the long term — people who want to build something over years, not months.
We care less about your résumé than your reasoning. Show us work you're proud of and tell us why it's good. That's the conversation we want to have.

How We Work
No Billable Hours
We don't track hours. We track outcomes. You'll work hard, but you won't be punished for being efficient.
One Project at a Time
Each team member owns one project at a time. No context switching. No divided attention. Deep focus only.
Critique is Respect
We review work in the open with honesty. Bad feedback delivered kindly is still bad feedback. We say what we see.
Open Roles
3 positionsYou've been doing this for at least five years. You have strong opinions about easing curves and you aren't afraid to fight for them in a presentation. You work in After Effects the way other people work in Figma — fast, precise, and with a real sense of what the viewer will feel.
Apply for This RoleWhat We're Looking For
- 5+ years professional motion design experience
- Mastery of After Effects; Cinema 4D a serious plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-level motion (not just social content)
- Comfortable presenting and defending creative decisions
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York
You design identity systems, not logos. You understand the difference between a mark and a brand and you can explain it. You work carefully and quickly, you give and receive feedback without ego, and you know when a design is finished.
Apply for This RoleWhat We're Looking For
- 3+ years identity design experience at an agency or studio
- Portfolio showing complete brand systems (not just logo variations)
- Deep understanding of typography as a strategic design tool
- Ability to present complex work to non-design stakeholders
You sit at the intersection of visual design and interactive experience. You prototype in Figma and think in scroll physics. You've shipped real websites that you're proud of and you can defend every micro-interaction in them.
Apply for This RoleWhat We're Looking For
- 3+ years UX/UI design for digital campaigns or brand sites
- Advanced Figma prototyping (not just wireframes)
- Understanding of web animation and motion principles
- Experience collaborating with development teams
- Portfolio with live, shipped digital work
