About This Program

This is the program that built champions. Our Strength & Conditioning track combines the foundational principles of powerlifting with metabolic conditioning work that transforms your body composition and athletic output. Sessions focus on the squat, deadlift, bench, and overhead press — but we push beyond the bar with farmer carries, sled work, and targeted accessory programming. Every block is periodized. Every rep has purpose. You will not recognize yourself in 12 weeks.
