About This Program

Private coaching at Apex is a full athlete-development relationship. Your first session is a 90-minute assessment — movement screening, strength baselines, VO2 max test, body composition analysis. From that data we build a 12-week program custom to you. Every session is recorded and reviewed. Nutrition protocols, sleep optimization, recovery modalities. Weekly check-ins. Monthly retests to prove progress. This is what elite athletes get. Now it is available to you.
