About This Program

Most HIIT classes are cardio theater. This is not that. HIIT Performance uses evidence-based interval protocols — Tabata, Norwegian 4x4, 30-20-10 — calibrated to your heart rate zones and recovery data. Every session is built around measurable output: watts, reps, split times. You will track your VO2 max improvement week over week. You will see the graph move. This is performance training, not just sweating.
