About This Program
Boxing is the most complete athletic pursuit there is. You train your hands, your feet, your lungs, and your mind simultaneously. Our boxing program starts at the foundation — stance, guard, jab-cross — and progressively builds through hooks, uppercuts, combination chains, and defensive movement. Shadow work, bag rounds, pad work, and live sparring are all part of the curriculum. No ego, no shortcuts. Just craft.
