Power Lifting Club is where Apex athletes come to get strong — seriously strong. Built around the three competition lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift), each session follows a periodised programming model designed to peak strength over 12-week cycles. Whether you're preparing for your first competition or just want to move serious weight with correct technique, Marcus will take you there. Chalk encouraged.
