Apex Training facility
Our Story

Built by Athletes,
for Athletes

Why Apex Exists

Apex Training was founded in 2012 by Marcus Reed after he spent years watching talented athletes get mediocre results from mediocre programming. He opened a 3,200 sq ft facility in Brooklyn with four other coaches and a single goal: give every athlete who walks through the door the same quality of programming that professional athletes receive.

Twelve years later that goal has not changed. The facility is bigger. The coaches are more decorated. The athletes are faster and stronger. The standard is the same.

Our Values

01

Technique First

We obsess over movement quality before intensity. You cannot build on a broken foundation.

02

Measurable Progress

Everything at Apex is tracked. Numbers do not lie — and they also do not let you coast.

03

No Shortcuts

We do not sell transformation in 30 days. We sell the process. The results follow.

04

Every Athlete Counts

Whether you are preparing for your first 5K or your first national competition, you get the same standard.
