Work With Us
CAREERS
TORQUE is built on specialists. We don't hire general technicians and train them on the job — we find people who are already exceptional in their domain and give them the tools and freedom to do their best work.
If you care about precision, documentation, and doing work that's genuinely better than what the industry standard demands, we should talk.
Specialist-First Hiring
We hire for domain expertise above all. Your depth of knowledge in your specific area matters far more than generalist experience.
Fair Compensation
Specialist work deserves specialist pay. Our rates are above market, and performance is recognised through clear progression.
Tools That Match The Work
Snap-on where Snap-on matters. We invest in the right equipment because proper tools are not optional at the standard we set.
