The Challenge
Obsidian's debut resort lookbook needed to establish the brand's sensibility in a single publication — aspirational without pretension, minimal without coldness, global without rootlessness.
The Outcome
Photographed over two weeks between Tokyo and Oaxaca, the lookbook used architectural contrast to ground the collection in real place while the editorial language remained consistently abstract. Print run of 2,000 sold entirely through direct channels.
