Season is a Fiction

The fashion calendar is a commercial invention. The most interesting work happening in fashion right now refuses the tyranny of the season — and is building something more durable instead.

In this template, each journal post uses a data-driven JSON collection for structured metadata (title, date, tags, excerpt, author). For full article content, you would extend the collection schema to include a body field or migrate posts to Markdown/MDX files using Astro's content collection type: 'content'.

The collection is already configured in src/content/config.ts. Switching to MDX simply requires updating the schema type and adding an --- frontmatter block to each content file.
