What You’ll Work On

We have strong product-market fit with mid-market and enterprise engineering teams. We need to scale the awareness and demand generation that converts that fit into revenue.

  • Content and SEO — KAIRO’s blog and resource library drive a meaningful percentage of our inbound. You’ll own the editorial strategy and grow this channel.
  • Paid acquisition — Build and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and developer channels. We have budget and need someone who knows how to deploy it.
  • Community and PLG — We have an active developer community around our open API. You’ll build the programs that turn community engagement into expansion revenue.
  • Analytics — Set up and own the attribution infrastructure that tells us what’s working.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of growth or demand generation experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to build and scale content programs (not just manage them)
  • Data-fluent — you can build your own dashboards and run your own SQL queries
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)

Nice to have:

  • Background in developer tools or AI/ML products
  • Experience with community-led growth
  • Previous leadership experience (managing a team of 2-5)

The Opportunity

KAIRO is pre-Series A. The person who takes this role will build the growth function from scratch. That means ownership, equity that reflects it, and a clear path to VP as we scale.
