Enterprise Solutions Engineer

New York or Remote
$130K–$170K base + commission + equity

What You’ll Work On

Enterprise AI deals are won or lost on technical trust. Your job is to build that trust:

  • Pre-sales — Run technical discovery, design proof-of-concept architectures, present to engineering and security stakeholders
  • Evaluations — Own the technical workstream during POC periods. Get customers to their first live workflow.
  • Expansion — Work with existing customers to identify new use cases and design the integrations to support them
  • Feedback loop — Bring structured customer insights back to the product team. You’re the voice of the enterprise.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SSO, RBAC)
  • Ability to write code (Python or TypeScript) for demo customization and POC builds
  • Excellent communication — you can explain complex technical architectures to a CFO and a security engineer in the same conversation

Nice to have:

  • Background in AI/ML or developer tools
  • Experience selling into financial services, healthcare, or legal verticals
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
