Enterprise Solutions Engineer
New York or Remote
$130K–$170K base + commission + equity
What You’ll Work On
Enterprise AI deals are won or lost on technical trust. Your job is to build that trust:
- Pre-sales — Run technical discovery, design proof-of-concept architectures, present to engineering and security stakeholders
- Evaluations — Own the technical workstream during POC periods. Get customers to their first live workflow.
- Expansion — Work with existing customers to identify new use cases and design the integrations to support them
- Feedback loop — Bring structured customer insights back to the product team. You’re the voice of the enterprise.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong understanding of enterprise software integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, SSO, RBAC)
- Ability to write code (Python or TypeScript) for demo customization and POC builds
- Excellent communication — you can explain complex technical architectures to a CFO and a security engineer in the same conversation
Nice to have:
- Background in AI/ML or developer tools
- Experience selling into financial services, healthcare, or legal verticals
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001)
