SS25 lookbook. Shot in an abandoned textile factory in Lodz, Poland. Industrial as backdrop, the garments become artifacts.
Archive Collective designs clothing that references workwear from the 1940s through 1970s — garments built to survive. The factory in Lodz was chosen because it manufactured textiles for fifty years before closing in 1992. The machines are still there, rusting in place.
We dressed the models in Archive’s pieces and placed them among the looms. The effect was archaeological — as if these garments had been discovered rather than designed. Every shot was lit with a single window and a reflector. Nothing artificial, nothing forced.
