We build
intelligence
systems.
◈ Our thesis
We don't add AI features.
We rebuild the architecture.
The companies that win the next decade won't be the ones that bolted on a chatbot. They'll be the ones that rebuilt their core value proposition around intelligence — from data pipelines to inference infrastructure to how decisions get made. That's the only work we do.
◈ What we believe
Our operating
principles.
Intelligence first
We don't add AI to existing products — we rethink the product as an intelligence system from day one. Form follows function. Function is intelligence.
Production, always
Prototypes are cheap. We build systems that run at scale, survive adversarial inputs, and improve over time. Nothing ships without a production-grade evaluation harness.
Conviction over consensus
The best AI decisions aren't made by committee. We tell clients what we actually think — even when it's harder to hear. Strategic honesty is a feature, not a bug.
Compounding value
Every system we build should be worth more to the client six months after deployment than it was on day one. Intelligence improves with use.
◈ The people
Engineers first.
Strategists always.
Former ML lead at DeepMind and OpenAI. Shipped 12 production AI systems before founding AXIOM. Obsessed with the gap between research and deployment.
Ex-Stripe infrastructure, former ML platform lead at Anthropic. Architected the RAG pipelines behind 3 of our top 5 case studies.
Former McKinsey partner (Digital & Analytics practice). Translated $800M+ in AI investment into measurable business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients.
