A complete brand overhaul for a mid-market consulting firm ready to compete at the enterprise level.
The Challenge
Meridian had built a strong reputation over twelve years but their visual identity looked like it was designed in 2009 — because it was. The firm was losing pitches to younger, sharper-looking competitors. Not on credentials. On perceived authority.
Our Approach
We started where every good brand project starts: with honest research. Twelve client interviews, six competitor audits, and one very uncomfortable conversation with the founding partners about who they actually were versus who they wanted to be. From that, we built a positioning framework that anchored every design decision that followed.
The Outcome
The new identity launched in March 2024. Meridian reports a 34% increase in proposal acceptance rates in the six months since launch. Three enterprise clients specifically cited the rebrand in onboarding interviews as a factor in their decision.
