Senior Brand Designer

We're looking for a senior brand designer who is as comfortable in a strategy room as they are in Figma. You'll work directly with creative directors and clients on brand identity projects from discovery through production. You should have 5+ years of brand design experience, a portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, and strong typographic sensibility. We are not looking for someone who wants to execute other people's ideas. We are looking for someone with genuine creative perspective who can be trusted with client relationships.

Digital Designer

We need a digital designer who approaches websites as environments to be experienced, not templates to be filled. You'll collaborate with our strategy and brand teams to design digital experiences that are both visually exceptional and genuinely functional. Figma mastery is required. Basic understanding of front-end principles is expected — you don't need to code, but you should understand why code matters. 3+ years of digital design experience in an agency or studio context.

Strategy Research Intern

We're looking for a graduate student or recent graduate with a background in anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, or a related discipline who wants to apply that lens to brand work. You'll support strategy engagements through research: audience interviews, competitive audits, cultural analysis. This is not a design internship. We need someone who is a rigorous, curious researcher first.
